Issued by Frackville Borough, Schuylkill County. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Borough of Frackville until Thursday, 10:00 am local time October 1, 2026. After bid opening, a public notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award. All project documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 9:00 am at the Project Site, Spring and Nice Streets, Frackville, PA 17931. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Borough of Frackville hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
