The Volume Band 1 Pages Per Minute (PPM) Minimum Speed requirement has been changed to 25 PPM. 2) Add updated Attachment 2 - CLIN Structure (11.06.2025). 3) Add updated SP7000-26-R-1001 (11.12.2025). The estimated Period of Performance start date was updated to May 1, 2026.
