The pre-bid vessel inspection will take place on 14 May 2026 from 1300 to 1500 CT at Michoud Assembly Facility, 13800 Old Gentilly Ln, New Orleans, LA 70129.*** The Marine Design Center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to procure services for drydocking, maintenance and repairs for the NASA Barge Pegasus in accordance with all specifications. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: The award will be made to the lowest priced Bidder who is determined to be responsive and responsible. BID SUBMISSION: Offerors shall submit their bid no later than 1400 EDT on 4 June 2026 as follows: The Offerors bid shall be submitted electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), as described below.
