Revised Attachment 3 (Quote Template): Replaced with, Attachment 3(Updated)-Contractor Quote Template-911th AW-FA671226Q0024.xlsx. Use of this revised quote template is mandatory; Quotes submitted using the previous version of the Attachment 3 Quote Template will be considered non-responsive. Government Questions and Answers: Formally added to the solicitation. As-Built Drawings (Dining Hall, Police Station, Perksburg and Pavilion: Added to PIEE attachments for technical reference.
