THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System located in Pittsburgh, PA 15240 This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide deceased patients for transportation. Patients maybe located at the University Drive or Heinz locations and will require transportation to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) or The Allegheny County Coroner s Office. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about June 11, 2026. The full solicitation will be a Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 485991 Special Needs Transportation; the size standard is $19 Million.
