This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912BU26BA015 is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for one new steel derrickboat for the Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, for use in support of its various missions in accordance with all specifications.
