Issued by City of Erie, Erie County. The City of Erie Purchasing Office is accepting seal proposals via PennBid, until 12:00 P.M. prevailing time, on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, for the following services:
Bid 6564-26 GREEN ROOF FEASIBILITY STUDY, DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The City of Erie Bureau of Planning & Zoning is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in green infrastructure, architecture, engineering, and sustainable building design for the development of a comprehensive Green Roof Feasibility Study, Design, and Implementation Plan for the City of Erie Municipal Building, located at 626 State Street, Erie, PA 16501.
Bids shall be made upon the official proposal form attached to the specifications that are only available in PDF via PennBid https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com
Each proposal must be accompanied by any insurance if noted in the specifications.
