Official description
Issued by City of Easton, Northampton County. The City of Easton is seeking a project partner to develop an electric vehicle charging station at the South Third Street Parking Lot in downtown Easton. The selected partner will design, permit, install, own, operate, and maintain four NEVI-compliant DC fast chargers. The partner will be responsible for all required matching funds and project costs not covered by NEVI funding, with no City funds anticipated for the project. The selected partner will also provide either a revenue share from charging operations or a fee for use of the parking lot. The work includes NEPA/environmental documentation, utility coordination, electrical design, surveying, permitting, NEVI compliance, constructability review, contract management, and required reporting.
Respondents must submit a work approach, schedule, references, required certifications, non-collusion affidavit, and nondiscrimination/sexual harassment certification through PennBid. Project closes Oct 27, 2026 1:00 PM EDT.
