Official description
Issued by Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority, PA. Online sealed bids will be received by the Bucks County Water Sewer Authority via the Pennbid Program until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on the 13th day of October, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for the following:
MANHOLE FRAMES & COVERS AND MANHOLE EXTENSION RINGS

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond payable to Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally, subject to review and approval by the Authority No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, except as is permitted by Pennsylvania law.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities, or to reject any or all bids. Project closes Oct 13, 2026 10:00 AM EDT.
