Issued by Upper Providence Township, Delaware County. Proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by Upper Providence Township, Delaware County until 10:00 A.M. (local time Monday October 26, 2026, for the Indian Springs Road and Clearwater Drive Pipe Replacement Project. This project consists of: - Replace existing 15” CMP, 18” CMP, 24” CMP, 36” CMP with new 18”, 24” 36” HDPE Pipes. - Replace (20) existing type-c inlet structures with new in-kind structures. - Replace (3) Type 4 Box with Type C inlet top with new in-kind structures. - Remove (1) type c inlet and replace with (1) type 4 box with Type C inlet top - 4’ Concrete Sidewalk ramp restoration - Concrete Sidewalk restoration - Curb Restoration - Full depth pavement restoration. - Final site stabilization. All Bidding Documents are available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. The Contractor who has been successfully awarded the contract shall complete work within sixty (60) days from the Notice to Proceed.

The bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies to this contract and the successful bidder shall pay no less than the wage rates determined for the project area as set forth in the contract documents.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township.
