Project Description: The Contract work will include salting and clearing snow from sidewalks and ADA ramps for between 295-315 lots scattered throughout the City of Harrisburg (City Proper).. All solicitation documents and details will be available at no cost on www.PennBID.net. Bids will be considered valid for a period of 60 days.
