Official description

Issued by Bethlehem Housing Authority, Northampton County. Bethlehem Housing Authority will receive sealed bids, for renovating 20 apartments at the Parkridge family development until Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM at which time all bids will be electronically opened. Contractors shall submit bids electronically on the PennBid site.

A satisfactory Bid Bond, secured by a Surety Company which appears in the Department of Treasury Circular #570, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds.

Bethlehem Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids. Project closes Oct 22, 2026 11:00 AM EDT.
