Official description
Oregon Dept. of Human Services (ODHS or Agency) intends to enter into a contract for continued licensing, maintenance, and potential expansion of Posit Team through DAS Master Price Agreement #PO-10700-00014971 with SHI Inter. Corp., a State-authorized reseller. ODHS, through the Office of Reporting, Research, Analysis and Implementation (ORRAI), requires the platform to support enterprise-level data analytics, predictive modeling, and machine-learning operations essential to Agency programs. Item 1 (209-87 Software, Mainframes and Servers (Not Otherwise Classified)): Posit Team provides an integrated data-science environment supporting data management, statistical analysis, quality assurance, development of predictive models, and deployment of machine-learning workflows. It also enables publication of dashboards, APIs, and analytic reports, and supports secure collaboration, centralized package governance, and reproducible research. The platform natively supports both R and Python and integrates with State data systems, including ODHS's Snowflake-based analytics environment. Organization: Oregon Department of Human Services.
