Official description
In general, the Scope of Work includes medical, dental, pharmaceutical, and mental health services for Adults in Custody (AIC) in the Lane County Adult Corrections Facility and Springfield Municipal Jail. Although the services are being competitively procured through a single solicitation, Lane County and City of Springfield each have their own operational requirements further explained in this RFP, and each agency will administer its own contract.
Special instructions: A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on August 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote. Offerors will tour both the Lane County Jail and the Springfield Municipal Jail on the same day, commencing at the Springfield Municipal Jail and concluding at the Lane County Jail. Statements made by County staff or representatives are not binding upon the County unless confirmed by written addendum.
