Description - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0102 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a contractor to provide Barriers System, Access control & Intercom Service & Maintenance at El Portal & Catalina. El Portal will have gates barriers and Catalina has gates barrier system with sliding motorized sliding gate fence. La Coca check point has local barriers system. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210 The small business size standard is $19.0 mil. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Statement of Requirement The requirement is for the contractor to provide Active Vehicle Barriers System, Access Control & Intercom (Maintenance and Repairs services) on El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) at the following locations: The El Portal & Catalina is at the U.S. Forest Service, Southern Region, El Yunque National Forest in Rio Grande, Road 191 at el Portal Visitor center parking area on Rio Grande, P.
