Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0103 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a contractor to provide HVAC Controllers Service & Maintenance at El Portal & Catalina. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Statement of Requirement The U.S. Forest Service at El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) requires services to maintain building HVAC Controllers in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition & routine maintenance services. Pricing includes all costs associated with providing HVAC Controller maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty including materials, labor, overhead and profit. The contract will be for a base year, with four one-year optional periods of performance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
