The part numbers listed in the attachment titled "Statement of Work PD" are accurate, and offerors should use the information listed there. Review also found the delivery field in the SOW incorrectly listed delivery as CPT instead of FOB: Destination. This has been updated and a fresh SOW posted in the attachments section. An amendment to the solicitation reflecting these changes is expected to be attached on this SAM posting soon. This solicitation is for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary RFO 12.201-1 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information is included in this notice.
