Request For Proposal (RFP) (Double Envelope). Issued by DOT-Dept of Transportation. Commodity: Education and Training Services. Lot 1, round 1. The Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to develop and conduct 2 rounds of 3-day hands-on training courses for ODOT construction inspectors and field personnel. Both rounds of training will be of the same content and will accommodate up to 20 people. Both rounds of training will be completed by July 2027. The goal of this training is to equip personnel with the operational skills needed to utilize Trimble GNSS survey hardware utilizing Siteworks and Trimble Business Center (TBC) software for project site verification, quantity measurement, and post-construction asset data collection.
