The Ohio Department of Medicaid is seeking to solicit bids from vendors that provide tools to conduct compliance testing, regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, of ODM’s developed applications, dashboards, and external facing artifacts. Accessibility to ODM’s public-facing web applications is critical for ODM to effectively serve Ohio Medicaid enrollees. To achieve this, ODM seeks a vendor to provide a tool to conduct ADA compliance testing (“ADA Testing Tool”) of ODM’s public-facing web applications. Specifically, the vendor’s ADA Testing Tool will test ODM’s developed applications, dashboards and external facing artifacts to ensure they are in compliance with ADA requirements.
