Lot 1, round 1. **This RFP includes a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference on Thursday, 09/17/2026, at 12:00pm EDT** The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the Ohio Department of Taxation (Agency) to implement a "no-cost" property tax relief screening system (Solution) to support the administration of the State’s two primary homeowner tax relief programs: the Owner Occupancy Credit and the Homestead Exemption. If there is a need for technical support during your proposal submission in the last 48 hours prior to the submissions, contact (on the official posting). This number is for OhioBuys solicitation technical questions only; there will not be any questions answered regarding the solicitation.
