Request For Proposal (RFP) (Double Envelope). Issued by DAS-Administrative Services DOH-Dept of Health. Commodity: Computer services. Lot 1, round 2. Amendment #1, resulting in round 2, has been issued to update the following: Updated Part 5- Cost Proposal: Cell B31 was changed to include the amount for L37 in the total amount. Original Summary: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for one Contractor to secure operational support, to implement and integrate proven, modern infrastructure services management tools, and to align the SOCC with a modernized, future-state operating model. If there is a need for technical support during your proposal submission in the last 48 hours prior to the submissions, contact (on the official posting). This number is for OhioBuys solicitation technical questions only; there will not be any questions answered regarding the solicitation. A couple items of note – Chrome is the preferred browser for OhioBuys. Only have a single window open that is logged into OhioBuys, having multiple windows opened to a single user can create an error, especially when trying to submit your proposal.
