This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562119 Other Waste Collection, with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is P100 Salvage- Preparation and Disposal of Excess/Surplus Property Northeast Ohio VA Healthcare System is requesting Scrap Metal Recycling Services. All vendors shall provide all requested information in Quote Preparation Instructions section.
