Price: The proposed price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. 3. Past Performance: In accordance with DFARS (on the official posting) and DoD mandate, the Government will evaluate the offeror's past performance by retrieving data from the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) (https://www.sprs.csd.disa.mil/) and may consider other sources of information to assess the risk of unsuccessful performance. The NG protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing.
