Solicitation #047-26. Issued by Emergency Management/ Disaster Preparedness. The County of Wayne, NY is soliciting sealed proposals for Multi-Jurisdictional All-Hazard Mitigation Plan Update. Such proposals may be submitted electronically using the County’s eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/co-wayne-ny-us OR by mail in a sealed envelope clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:00 pm prevailing time on Friday, October 9, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.
