Reference #IFB 260040. Description: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: For the procurement of batteries, groups 8D, 31AGM, 65 and 49, for the maintenance/repair of Buses and Paratransit Fleet.

QUESTION DUE DATE: September 23, 2026, 11:00 AM EDT Submit all questions pertaining to this procurement through the Bonfire portal. To Submit a question, CLICK on the “Ask a Question” button located next to the Questions Due Date.

PUBLIC BID OPENING: October 7, 2026, 11:00 AM EDT Sealed bids will be publicly opened by the designated Procurement Official at 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, New York 14203.

CORRESPONDENCE: All correspondence (addendums, requests for information/clarification and award notifications) will be sent through the Bonfire portal.
