Issued by Center State Engineering. The Township of Monroe is seeking sealed proposals for “ Heritage Chase - Roadway & Pedestrian Improvements - NJDOT Municipal Aid FY2025.” All proposals are to be returned via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. All proposals are due on or before Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 10:00 am at which time they will be unsealed via OpenGov. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Township. By order of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Monroe, Middlesex County, New Jersey.
