Description: The selected Independent Registered Municipal Advisor (IRMA) will support the Metropolitan Public Transportation Authority (MPTA) in financial planning, debt strategy, credit development, regulatory coordination, debt issuance execution, and ongoing compliance. The IRMA must operate under Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Municipal Advisor Regulations and maintain fiduciary responsibility to act solely in the best financial interest of the MPTA.
