Brown Creek CI: Fire Alarm Replacement Special instructions: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on 10/1/26 at 10:00 am at Brown CreeK Correctional Institution, 248 Prison Camp Road, Polkton, NC 28135 The meeting will address project specific questions, security, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. Failure to attend the Pre-Bid Conference will disqualify your company from bidding. Complete plans, specifications and contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of North Carolina Department of Adult Correceion -DECM and in the plan rooms of the Associated General Contractors, Carolinas Branch, noted in the following,in local North Carolina offices of McGraw-Hill Dodge Corporation, and in the Eastern Regional Office of Reed Construction Data in Norcross, GA.
