This is a Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This notice and the attachments constitute the solicitation. Solicitation No. 75H70926Q00012 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Pharmacy Reverse Distribution Service for the Billings Area Indian Health Service. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
