The City of Westland is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for professional cleaning and maintenance services at our new Nankin Square & Amphitheatre. Sealed or electronic proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division, located at 36300 Warren Road, Westland, MI 48185 on November 24, 2026 at 10:00am (no exceptions will be made for late filings) at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
