Official description

Roof replacement at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) buildings, and the Aqua and Gratiot Rd. Pump Station buildings. Plaster repairs to the interior of the Admin/Entrance Hall, Filter Galleries, and replacing the interior caulking at the clerestory windows in the Filter Galleries in the WTP. Include access equipment and protection of the buildings, filter tanks cover protection, and grounds as part of the Work. Absolutely nothing will be allowed to fall into the filter tanks of the WTP during demolition/ construction, filter tanks cover protection will be the responsibility of the contractor. Protect the water treatment process during demolition and construction at all facilities.
