Solicitation #120583. Issued by Engineering & Construction Department. The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Penn Manor Large Valve Vault Replacement. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2:00 pm on Monday, November 16, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted. This contract consists of replacing a 24-inch large valve vault and approximately 101 feet of 24-inch water main. It also includes relocating approximately 51 feet of 24-inch water main and approximately 54 feet of water house connections to serve Penn Manor Lane in the Bowie area of Prince George’s County, Maryland.
