1. PURPOSE. The City of Salisbury has detected pre-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in the wellfield at the Park Water Treatment Plant. The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for PFAS source tracking and near term and long-term planning for treatment of PFAS at the Park Water Treatment Plant.
