Official description
IFB: Invitation for Bid. Issued by Town of Riverdale Park. Category: Lawnmowers. The Town of Riverdale Park (hereinafter called the “Town”) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to engage a Contractor licensed to conduct business in the state of Maryland to provide lawn mowing and landscape maintenance services for Town-owned sites and the median of East-West Highway in Riverdale Park owned by the state; and maintenance of six rain gardens and two bio-retention facilities. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain the sites in an attractive and healthy condition in accordance with relevant industry standards and the Town’s specifications and standards. Detailed maintenance requirements, site list, and specifications are included in the Scope of Work.
