The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA) is requesting proposals for maintenance and technical support services for its PBX telephone systems and related equipment, software, and applications. Services include ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, emergency maintenance, telephone system changes, employee training, and support for telecommunications billing and reporting services. Only Master Contractors that have been awarded a contract under the PBX IV Telecommunications Equipment and Services Master Contract (#001B0600162) are eligible to submit a proposal in response to this secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP).
