RFP: Double Envelope Proposal. Issued by Maryland Transit Administration. Category: Electronic Components and Supplies. The MARYLAND TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION (MTA) issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to get competitive proposals from qualified entities to provide a proposal to upgrade the MDOT MTA existing video surveillance systems (VSS) initiated under Homeland Security Surveillance Program (HSSP). The upgrade will transition the existing Aralia VMS to Genetec. This system will be configured as an enterprise system and will expand the existing Genetec Pilot Program head-end equipment and local equipment across MTA sites. All Aralia on-site servers and NVRs will be replaced with hardware supporting the Genetec Enterprise VMS, including equipment procurement and installation, commissioning, and certification of the new equipment .
