This Contract is for work at 173 windows at the historic Washington Boulevard Shops at the Bus Maintenance Facility for the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA). The work includes repair and restoration of 36 historic wood windows and frames, removal and replacement of sealant and lintel painting at three (3) existing windows, and removal of 134 existing windows and frames and replacement with new aluminum thermally broken insulated windows and frames to match the historic wood windows in size, shape, configuration, and sightlines.
