Official description
Reference #1-27-1-03-7. Description: The Maryland Environmental Service (MES; the Service) is distributing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain industry input regarding a 650 Window Infrastructure Evaluation and the evaluation of approximately 614 existing windows within the MES headquarters building. The Service is seeking technical methodologies, performance metrics, lifecycle cost information, and cost optimization strategies from qualified commercial glazing contractors, building envelope specialists, manufacturers, authorized installers, and other experienced firms. Responses to this RFI will not result in a contract with the Service. Project closes Nov 10, 2026 2:00 PM EST.
