The Bidder shall maintain a current State of Maryland Master Electricians License and a copy of this license must be presented prior to award of contract. Bidder shall have been in the commercial Electrical business for a minimum of five (5) years and have available a minimum work force of two (2) State of Maryland licensed journeyman technicians with a minimum of five (5) years commercial Electrical experience. Contractors should also employ technician helpers or electrical apprentices with a minimum of one (1) years’ experience to assist in various tasks. Bidder shall provide documentation of license and commercial experience for electricians prior to aware of contract. B. The Bidder shall provide with its Bid "Attachment L Reference Checks" three (3) business references, including the name, address, telephone number and point-of-contact of at least three (3) firms, for which the bidder provided commercial Electrical services similar in the scope and complexity of this IFB within the preceding 24 months. References shall be checked prior to award. Any negative responses received may result in disqualification of the bid. Small Business Reserve designation.
