Housing inspection services for rehabilitation program

Worcester County is accepting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide Housing Inspection Services for the Worcester County Housing Rehabilitation Program in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in the solicitation. Proposal Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Worcester County Commissioner’s Office by either e-mailing the Procurement Officer at [email protected] or via the County’s on-line bid board. Vendors are responsible for checking the County website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Worcester County is not responsible for the content of any Proposal Document received through any third-party bid service. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Proposal Documents. The last date/time to submit questions for clarification will be noon on September 21, 2026. Sealed Proposal Documents are due no later than September 30, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. and will be opened with only vendor names read aloud in the Office of the County Commissioners, Worcester County Government Center – Room 1103, One West Market Street, Snow Hill, MD 21863. Late Proposal Documents cannot be accepted. Envelopes shall be marked “Housing Inspection Services” in the lower left-hand corner.
