Public Notice. Agency solicitation #1-27-3-09-8. Issued by Maryland Environmental Service - Procurement Division. Category: Stormwater engineering. The Maryland Environmental Service (Service or MES) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide various stormwater remediation, stormwater management activities, and dam rehabilitation in support of various projects from government entities at the local, county, and state levels. The work covered by this Solicitation could include clearing, grading, landscaping and structural repairs to stormwater management facilities, storm drain systems, outfall structures, embankments of roadways and ponds, and streams or other related work, as needed. Work will be within the Central Region of the State of Maryland, within Frederick, Carroll, Howard, Montgomery, Prince Georges, Charles, St. Mary’s, Calvert, Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Harford Counties , when requested.
