Quarterly HVAC and humidifier preventive maintenance

The Maryland State Archives is soliciting an HVAC contractor to perform quarterly preventative maintenance at its Annapolis and Winsor Mills campus. IMPORTANT: AMENDMENT – REVISED IFB / NEW ROUND This Amendment establishes a new Round and revises the previously issued IFB. The solicitation has been clarified to include two locations instead of one. The Equipment List and Scope of Work have been revised to reflect the requirements for both locations. The attached Revised IFB supersedes and replaces the previously issued IFB. Vendors must carefully review the Revised IFB, updated Equipment List, Scope of Work, and all other solicitation documents.
