Public Notice. Issued by University System of Maryland. Category: Hardware. The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from vendors to provide accessibility products and services. The goal is to establish multi ‑ award contracts from qualified vendors for use by the MEEC member institutions to purchase accessibility tools and services. Accessibility tools are needed to assist our members in complying with federal and state accessibility requirements, which include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Department of Justice’s Title II Regulations, and conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA or higher for web content, documents, and digital learning materials.
