Reference #HABC IFB B-2072-26. Department: Purchasing. Description: The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (hereinafter referred to as “HABC”) is a large public housing authority, which administers public and affordable housing programs to eligible families within Baltimore City. As a recipient of funding primarily from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"), HABC owns and operates conventional public housing developments and administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program. HABC is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to hereby request bids from qualified and interested vendors to supply various appliances, including ranges and refrigerators, to HABC, in accordance with Attachment 1 “Bid Sheet”. Project closes Oct 16, 2026 2:00 PM EDT.
