Reference #006.27.B8. Description: The Howard County Board of Education (BoE) invites your participation in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) Special Education Department requires staffing services to provide non-medical personal-care temporary support staff to assist students who have moderate to severe cognitive, medical, physical, and/or behavioral disabilities with the demands of academic tasks or functional skills. The resulting contracts will be with the staffing agencies for fixed-hourly rates for these positions. HCPSS intends to award to multiple vendors. Project closes Oct 30, 2026 4:00 PM EDT.
