Old National Pike Park Phase 2A

Solicitation #26-993-CP. Issued by Procurement. The work is located at the following location: 12406 Old National Pike, Mount Airy, MD 21771. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: Installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control measures, earthwork and mass grading, storm drain structures and pipe, construction of park roads and parking lots, site furnishings, signage, fencing, gates, athletic courts and landscaping. Site work shall be unclassified. A fully functioning temporary construction trailer shall be installed prior to the start of construction. Grant Funding: This Project will utilize Local Parks and Playgrounds Infrastructure (LPPI) as well as Project Open Space (POS) Funds. The use of prevailing wages is required. Prevailing Wage 67087 is applicable to this project. The bid documents and drawings can be found in the attachements.
