Storm Drain Gunite Repair

Solicitation #27-209. Issued by Department of Highway Operations. Frederick County, Maryland (hereinafter called the “County”) is seeking bids from qualified Contractors (hereinafter called the “Contractor”) for the provision of laying shotcrete materials within deteriorated storm drains on the “As-Need” basis in Frederick County, Maryland in accordance with the terms, conditions and specification of this solicitation. The exact limits of work will be established in the field by the Project Manager in advance of the Contractor arriving at the site. The Contractor shall place all barricades and traffic controls needed to the completion of work. Streets shall be posted with “NO PARKING” signs by Contractor. At least one lane to be kept opening during the operation unless approved by the Project Manager. Specifications bound herein are intended to cover the complete project. It shall be distinctly understood that failure to mention specifically any work which would naturally be required to complete the project or any portion thereof shall not relieve the Contractor of his responsibility to perform such work.
