Pinecliff Park Boat Ramp Rehab

Solicitation #25-320-CP. Issued by Procurement. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: The work shall include the new concrete boat ramp, stone rip rap and rock vane, and providing an accessible route from the existing ADA accessible parking spaces to the bottom of the ramp. The work also includes a new concrete launch slip for kayaks/canoes adjacent to the ramp, a new concrete retaining wall on the upstream side of the ramp- Note that Alternate #1 for this project replaces the concrete retaining wall with an imbricated rip rap. The work shall also include a guardrail/fence at the top of the retaining wall or stone rip rap, as well as new asphalt paving at the top of the ramp, including a new drop off area.
