Solicitation #26-569-IFB. Issued by Procurement. The County requires services for recycling secondary scrap metal/appliances and removal/recovery of refrigerant gases from appliances at the Reichs Ford Road Landfill Recycling Center, hereby called the “Landfill.” The Landfill is located at 9031 Reichs Ford Road, Frederick, Maryland, 21704 (Refer to Attachment 9, Location Map). All services are to be performed in accordance with the specifications, the terms and conditions, all Federal, State, and local laws, and the best practices of the industry.
