Solicitation #26-512. Issued by Division of Housing. The Frederick County Division of Housing (FCDH) is seeking a Contractor to covert bathtubs to showers for twenty-five (25) units at the Bell Court Senior Apartments located at 690 West Adams Circle, Woodsboro, Maryland. The low-income senior housing community, consisting of twenty-eight (28) single-story townhome-style units owned and operated by the FCDH, was built in 1996 through the Maryland Partnership Rental Housing Program. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the State of Maryland have been received by FCDH to support these needed improvements to the Bell Court community.
